First United Methodist Church has been sharing the love of God with the Valparaiso community for more than 165 years. Located one block north of the courthouse square, we have approximately 1300 members with an average weekly attendance of about 700.

We believe God calls us to be a servant community passionately committed to leading more people into growing relationships with Jesus Christ. To that end we strive to express our love for Jesus Christ and live-out our devotional life through compassionate outreach to our local community and around the world.
