About the Chamber:
The Prescott Area Chamber of Commerce promotes the whole Prescott Community whether it be economic, industrial, professional, cultural, educational, or civic in nature. The Chamber has averaged over 100 businesses, individuals, and organizations as members in the last few years. By working together, this dedicated group of people have made Prescott a better place in which to live, work, and visit.
The Chamber is governed by a nine member board of directors, all volunteers. It employs a part-time Chamber Coordinator, who is in charge of the day to day business of the Chamber, and staffs the Welcome & Heritage Center. The Chamber is pleased to be a tenant in the Welcome & Heritage Center, which has become a showcase for Prescott and Pierce County. In addition to housing the Chamber office, the Center is home to the Prescott Area Historical Society.
