Mission:

Making and Maturing Disciples of Jesus for the Glory of God

Like those who have gone before us, our desire is to be men and women who are committed followers/students of Jesus who are continuously learning from and applying the teaching and example of Jesus to every aspect of our lives. We seek to be disciples of Jesus, and we wish to help those around us be His disciples as well.

Values:

Directed by Scripture and the Holy Spirit

Devoted to Selfless Living

Dedicated to a Simple Focus on Relationships

Determined to Stand for the Family

Beliefs:

That the Scripture, both Old and New Testaments, are the inspired Word of God, without error in the original writings, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of mankind, and the Divine and final authority for Christian faith and life.

In one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. That He is all-powerful, all-knowing and all-present.

That Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross as the sacrifice for our sins, according to the Scriptures. Further, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven where, at the right hand of God the Father, He is now our High Priest and Advocate.

That the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ and, during this age, to convict men, regenerate the believing sinner, indwell, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for Godly living and service.

That man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and is therefore lost, and only through God's grace are salvation and spiritual life obtained.

That the shed blood of Jesus Christ and his resurrection provide the only ground for justification and salvation, and only those who receive Jesus Christ are born of the Holy Spirit and thus become children of God.

That all those who received Jesus Christ in the New Testament believed Jesus to be the Son of God, confessed that belief with their mouths, repented of their sins, and, as believers were immersed into Christ.

That Jesus Christ is the Lord and Head of the Church, and that every local Church is governed by a Scripturally qualified Eldership and has the right under Christ to decide its own affairs.

In the personal and imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ, and that this "blessed hope" has a vital bearing on the personal life and service of every believer.

In the bodily resurrection of the dead, of those in Christ to everlasting blessedness and joy with the Lord, of the unbeliever to judgment and everlasting, conscious punishment.
