Mission:

The mission of the Lyncourt School Community is to bring together its creative resources to support all students as they row, learn, make decisions and become productive members of society.

We believe:

- That everyone should be treated with mutual respect and honesty.

- The Lyncourt School Community shall promote positive self-esteem and confidence for   students, staff, and community members.

- That a safe and orderly environment is essential to effective learning.

- That everyone can learn, however, recognizing they learn in different ways and at   different rates.

- That teaching children how to learn and to apply thinking skills is a responsibility of   the Lyncourt Community.

- That the teacher and family are the most important factors in a student's education.

- That the student, family, school and community all share the responsibility for the   development and support of programs and policies.
