Kehillath Shalom is a welcoming, inclusive, egalitarian Reconstructionist congregation - truly a "Community of Peace", as our name translates. Ours is a very different congregation from the norm, a community of people with diverse backgrounds and interests and with a wide range of religious observance and Jewish knowledge. Kehillath Shalom prides itself on integrating this mix of individuals into an active, vibrant, warm, intellectually and spiritually invigorating Reconstructionist community.
