Enhance the cultural opportunities for Carbondale¹s citizens and encourage excellence in arts programming that reaches and reflects all populations of the city.
Promote the arts as a focus in the education and daily lives of our community¹s youth.
Inspire community awareness of the arts in all forms and exploit their potential for economic development.
Promote Carbondale as a cultural leader in the region and the state.
