Birch House Farm is located just outside of Madison, in the rolling hills of Springdale, WI. On the farm we raise vegetables, an assortment of culinary and medicinal herbs, edible and cut flowers, berries and perennial fruits, as well as pastured broilers, hops, gourmet mushrooms, sprouts and wild edibles. We offer CSA member shares that include a diverse variety of wholesome vegetables, edible flowers, sprouts, cut flowers, and seasonal wildharvested items. Cultivated mushrooms will be added to CSA shares in 2011.Our farm focuses on biodiversity, we treat the whole farm as a living system.In addition to providing CSA member shares, Birch House Farm also sells fresh produce to local restaurants.
