The Aging Disability Resource Center (ADRC) assists seniors and adults with disabilities with resources and services to remain in their homes a long as possible, then assist with transition into Long Term Support programs if needed. Programs include: dining sites, meals on wheels, family caregiver support, dementia care support, options counseling, elderly and disabled benefit counseling and peer support.
