8:00 a.m - 12:00 pm.: Fairgrounds Cleanup and setup. Lunch will be provided (All 4-H Clubs Participate)
12:00 p.m - 6:00 p.m: Set up booths in the Community Building

8:30 a.m: 4-H Consultation Judging Starting at Community Building - includes all indoor Exhibits
4-H Food Sale (Food will be sold as it is judged) - Community Building

Wednesday, July 27, 2022

8:30 a.m - 11:00 a.m: All 4-H livestock exhibits entered
9:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m: All Open Class exhibits to be entered
6:00 p.m: Official Opening of Wichita County Fair
9:00 p.m: Community Building closes
6:00 p.m - Midnight: Carnival will be in operation

9:00 a.m: 4-H and Open Class Small Animal Show at 4-H Show Arena
5:30 p.m - 6:30 p.m: Free Bar-B-Q and Watermelon Feed for everyone at Pavilion
7:00 p.m: Pedal Tractor Pull at New Pavilion west of Grandstands
8:00 p.m: Barnyard Olympics at Grandstands
9:00 p.m: Community Building closes
6:00 p.m - Midnight: Carnival will be in operation

7:30 a.m: Old Settlers Breakfast. Agora / Presbyterian Church
9:00 a.m: 4-H and Open Class Beef Show,  4-H Show Arena
11:30 a.m: 4-H Round Robin Showmanship Contest 4-H Show Arena
6:00 p.m: 4-H Livestock and Foods Sale, 4-H Show Arena
7:30 p.m: Rodeo at Rodeo Arena
9:00 p.m - Midnight: Free Entertainment at New Pavilion west of Grandstands
9:00 p.m: Community Building closes
6:00 p.m - Midnight: Carnival will be in operation

1:00 p.m: All Exhibits Released (Building closes at 1:30 p.m
7:30 p.m: Rodeo at Rodeo Arena
Fair Dance - After Rodeo to 1:00 a.m
Carnival will be in operation, following the parade until Midnight

Post Fair Clean-up. 8:00 am (All 4-H Clubs Participate)
Community Worship Service. 11:00am Community Building
