Silverton Creates: A Celebration of the Arts is a weekend-long celebration showcasing local artists and creatives through a variety of events including an Open Studio Tour, Street Fair On Blair, live performances, workshops, demos and more.

Friday and Saturday night will feature free, open-air concerts with the finale of our Summer Sounds Music Series!

Come join us for crisp mountain air, vibrant fall foliage and a uniquely Silverton creative experience!

10 am-4 pm : Mayflower Gold Mill Tour - Mayflower Mill/ 135 CR 2  - Self-guided tour of historic 1929 gold processing mill

10 am-6 pm : Robs Rings: Inlaying Rings and Glow Art - White Eyes Gallery/ 1250 Greene - Artist demo: watch Rob create inlay rings & glow art

10 am-5 pm : Silverton Historical Treasure Hunt - Map will be posted online 9/8 - Hunt for clues to Silverton’s past! 1.3 mile walking tour

10 am-5 pm : Visual Arts Contest Showcase - Silverton Library/ 1117 Reese - Arts contest pieces on display at the library

10 am-5 pm : Mining Heritage Center - Mining Museum/ 1557 Greene - Explore a vast collection of exhibits from Silverton’s past

3-5 pm : Electrocuting a Gourd! - 9318 Collective/ 1212 Greene  - Artist demo: burning fractal patterns into a gourd

6-9 pm : Summer Sounds Concert - Memorial Park/ 1800 Greene  - Free outdoor concert featuring NOSOTROS!
