La Vista’s lively one-day celebration is free for the entire family!

Start your Saturday off at noon with the annual parade along Park View Boulevard.

Then, join us for the community cookout. Free activities, fun challenges and entertainment will take place outdoors and indoors all day.

Live music, food trucks, beer gardens, a car show and a unique drone and fireworks display will round out the evening.

It’s going to be free family fun you don’t want to miss. Make plans to kick off your summer with us!

2:00-6:00 p.m. Pickleball (drop-in play) (Gymnasium)

2:00-9:00 p.m. Black Light 9 Square in the Air (racquetball court)

6:00-9:00 p.m. Gymnasium open play

9:00 p.m. Community Center closes

Parking
Parking for this event will be available in the street on Park View Boulevard as well as the following locations:

    - Harrison Street Baptist Church (8015 Harrison St.)
    - Bethany Funeral Home and vacant lot to the east (8201 Harrison St.)
    - ACCESSBank (7223 S. 84th St.)
    - Along Park View Boulevard

Free shuttle buses will also be available from:

    - Brentwood Square parking lot (8058 84th St.)
        -- Free parking and shuttle station

Parking at the shuttle stop is free and the buses will run continually for the duration of the event until after the final concert.

Event participants are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs.
