"[T]he plaintiff asks this Honorable Court to issue an order enjoining the Secretary of State and State Election Board from the distribution of any further ballots, absentee or regular, or permitting any further voting until such time as this matter is heard before this Honorable Court," read an emergency petition filed Tuesday.
