August 16, 2022

2:00 to 8:00 pm: Receiving time for the following departments, unless otherwise specified: Sewing, Craft, Specialized Projects, Culinary Art, Art & Photography, Educational Posters

August 21, 2022

3:00 pm - Pen setup for Hog, Goats, Sheep, Beef

4:00 pm - Pen setup for Rabbit & Poultry

August 22, 2022

Hay King Entries arrive 8 AM to 1 PM - near the Clayton Eagle in the Agriculture department. Contact Gerry Ashby at 509.821.1148

August 24, 2022

Judging area- will be closed all day

9:00 am: Judging time for the following exhibits

Still life, Home Ec., Culinary Arts, Sewing &Crafts

3:00 pm - Horse Stall decorating

1pm to 7:00 pm: Bring in Floral, Vegetables, Horticulture

August 25, 2022

9:00am: Dog setup

9:00am to Noon: (Closed at 1:00 pm for judging) Bring in Floral, Vegetables, Horticulture

9:00am to 5:30 pm:
Bring in Creature Features
Horse pen decorating
(Closed for judging at 6:00 pm)

Noon to 8:00 pm: Tractors & Shop/Ag entries

2:00 to 7:00 pm: All main floor booths must be set in place

5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Beef and Hogs check in at 5:00 pm, all other animals check in at 6:30 pm.
Market animal weigh in
Quality Assurance forms must accompany your animal and be filled out prior to weigh in. All animals to be tagged and weighed prior to stalling.
