7:00 p.m: Bull Buck Out

May 28, 2024:

8:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m: Mandatory Fair set up

May 29, 2024:

5:00 p.m: Check-in Leadline
6:00 p.m: Leadline will start
6:00 p.m: Check-in Team Penning & Team Sorting
7:00 p.m: Team Penning & Team Sorting will start

May 30, 2024:

5:00 p.m: Check-in Speed Events
6:00 p.m: Check-in Top Hand
6:00 p.m: Speed Events will start
7:00 p.m: Top Hand will start

May 31, 2024:

7:00 a.m - 10:00 p.m: Open for Pen Set-up (no steers may set up until Saturday after Heifer show)
6:00 p.m: Check-in Working Cow/Reining and Ranch Trail
7:00 p.m: Working Cow/Reining and Ranch Trail will start
8:00 p.m: Kick-Off Dance in the Main Hall featuring The Emotions
9:00 p.m: Crowing of 2024 Fair Queen

June 1, 2024:

7:00 a.m - 8:00 a.m: Move-In and Check-In In-County Beef Heifers
6:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m: Open for Pen Set-up
8:00 a.m - 10:00 a.m: Check-In Creative Arts (Baked goods, Horticulture and Food Preservation)
9:00 a.m: Judge In-County Beef Heifer Show
All heifers will be released following the conclusion of the In-County Beef Heifer Show. All In-County beef projects must be removed by 2:00 p.m.
9:30 a.m: Check-in Kid’s Rodeo
10:00 a.m: Kid’s Rodeo
12:30 p.m: Judge Creative Arts (Baked goods, Horticulture and Food Preservation)
1:00 p.m - 5:30 p.m: Steer exhibitors set up (gate closes at 5:30 pm)
6:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m: Lions Club Opens (Sale of Food Prep Items & Produce and Display of Results)
7:00 p.m: Rodeo

June 2, 2024:

6:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m: Move-In all Market Animals (except Poultry, Rabbits and Pen of 3 Heifers) - Swine will be weighing as soon as they come off trailer.
10:00 a.m: Simple Truth Church Service
12:00 p.m: All Gates Will Be Closed At This Time To Market Animals
2:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m: Sale of food preparation and food preservation and results of creative arts projects in the Lions Club Building
1:00 p.m - 2:00 p.m: Weigh-in Steers
3:00 p.m - 4:00 p.m: Weigh-in Lambs and Goats
4:30 p.m - 6:00 p.m: Classify Swine
5:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m: Move-In Ag Mechanics

June 3, 2024:

8:00 a.m - 10:00 a.m: Creative Arts Check-In (Crafts, Fine Arts, Photography, Quilts, Needlework and sewing)
8:00 a.m - 9:00 a.m: Move-In/Check-In Broilers and Turkeys
9:30 a.m: Judge Market Turkeys followed by Market Broilers
12:30 p.m: Judge Creative Arts (Crafts, Fine Arts, Photography, Quilts, Needlework and sewing)
4:00 p.m: Judge Market Lamb Show followed by Market Goat Show approx. 30 minutes after the Market Lamb Show
6:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m: Lions Club opens for creative arts results

June 4, 2024:

8:00 a.m - 11:00 a.m: Move-In Pen of 3 Heifers. Pen of 3 Heifers Record books due.
8:30 a.m: Check-In Market Rabbits
10:00 a.m: Judge Market Rabbit Show
6:00 p.m: Judge Market Swine

June 5, 2024:

8:00 a.m: Pee Wee Shows-Goat, Lamb and Swine Shows
9:00 a.m: Judge Pen of 3 Heifers followed by Pen of 3 Heifers Exhibitor Interviews
9:00 a.m - 11:00 a.m: Release of Creative Arts projects.
12:00 p.m: All Premium Sale and Freezer Sale Exhibitors (excluding those participants showing steers, Pen of 3 Heifers, and Ag Mechanics projects) must notify the Sale Committee which project they wish to sell. Exhibitors must notify the Sale Committee within 10 minutes of the conclusion of their show which project they want to sell.
2:00 p.m: Pen of 3 Heifers Awards in the Show Ring
2:00 p.m: Judge Ag Mechanics projects. For those projects not selling in the Premium Sale check-out will be at the conclusion of the Show.
5:00 p.m: Creative Arts Champion Pictures
7:00 p.m: Judge Market Steers

June 6, 2024:

5:30 p.m: Buyer’s Social and Supper ** Note - this is for Buyers Only **
5:30 p.m: Presentations, Announcement of Scholarships and other Awards
6:30 p.m: Premium Sale

June 7, 2024:

8:00 a.m - 10:00 a.m: Release of Premium Sale and Non-Sale animals. All Exhibitors must be present at this time.
10:00 a.m: Senior Citizens Day and Children’s Day
6:00 p.m: Ranch Hand Rodeo (contestants & all associates must pay gate fee)
6:30 p.m: Freezer Sale (Main Hall). All Freezer Sale projects will be released at the conclusion of the Freezer Sale.All Exhibitors must be present at this time.
