Noon - Good Neighbor Festival Parade at Branch Street

Participating in the Parade
Festival organizers welcome participation by for-profit and non-profit organizations that have a stake in the greater Middleton community.  To maintain the GNF Parade’s longstanding tradition of being an inclusive event focused on providing enjoyment for the entire community, no elected officials, declared candidates for elected office, or political organizations are allowed to have parade entries with the exception of the Mayor of Middleton and City Alderpersons as long as they do not engage in campaigning related to running for (re)election to office.  This policy does not impede upon any person’s right to distribute information or to meet people along the parade route as long as he or she is not traveling in the street while the parade is underway.

Parade Registration
To register, please click here and respond to each field.  Be sure to include a description of what you’d like the parade emcee to say about your parade entry as you pass by the reviewing stand.  Please allow a few days to receive confirmation of receipt of your application.

The 2023 parade entry fee is $250.  Entry is free for non-profits, but you must email the parade committee your proof of non-profit status.  An IRS Affirmation letter is an acceptable form of proof of status.

Parade Awards
You bring the sparkle and joy to the parade and we bring the trophies!!  Awards are given for entries based on their overall entertainment value and representation of the 2023 theme, which is “Diamond Jubilee – Our 60th Year”.

Categories include:
Best Overall
