"Murph" is a classic CrossFit workout dedicated to Navy SEAL Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005. The "Murph" workout is:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
RTB is inviting both members and non-members alike to join us for our annual Murph workout and BBQ! Worried the classic "Murph" workout is not for you? Don't! We are offering a variety of scaled options for all ability levels!
Registration is $15 for RTB members and $25 for non-members. Your registration includes a t-shirt, sticker, Smoothie King smoothie, and post "Murph" BBQ! A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the St. James Veterans' Home.
